Returns and refunds

All sales are final. Martinez 3D Prints does not accept returns or exchanges or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases. This applies to standard, custom, and personalized items, including orders where the customer selected the wrong team, color, design, or size, or provided incorrect spelling or personalization details.

What to expect from a 3D print

Our products are built one layer at a time. Up close, you may see fine layer lines, a small seam where each layer begins, slight texture on the underside, or tiny marks where supports were removed. These details are a normal part of the printing process. The same design can have small differences from one print to the next, and the color you see on your screen may look slightly different in person depending on lighting and display settings. Normal print marks and minor cosmetic variations aren’t grounds for a return, exchange, or refund.

Please double-check your order

Before placing your order, review the product photos, description, dimensions, and options. For a custom order, check names, numbers, spelling, colors, and team selections carefully. If you’re unsure how an item will look or whether it’s the right size, reach out before ordering. We’re happy to answer questions so you can choose what works for you.

If something goes wrong with your order

If your item arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or there’s a problem beyond the normal print characteristics described above, contact us through our shop as soon as possible. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. If it arrived damaged, please also photograph the packaging and keep it while we review your message. We’ll review the issue and let you know the next step. Any rights or remedies required by applicable law still apply.
