These terms apply to purchases from Martinez 3D Prints through our Big Cartel shop.

Orders and payment

Review the product description, price, options, and shipping address before paying. Complete your payment through the shop checkout. The checkout shows your order total, including shipping and any applicable taxes, before you pay.

Custom orders

Follow the instructions on the product listing and double-check your design details, including spelling, colors, and sizes. For a custom decorative tray, select Custom ($20) and pay at checkout. After payment, use our shop Contact page to send your order number and the design you want.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping is a flat $10 per order to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and a flat $25 per order to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. See our Shipping and delivery policy for details.

Returns and order issues

Our Returns and refunds policy explains our final-sale policy for change-of-mind purchases and what to do if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item. Any rights or remedies required by applicable law still apply.
